Nice Time is a social platform that forms compatible groups of people and generates tailored event proposals for real-life meetups. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Nice Time is available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You will verify your identity via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your phone number. Standard SMS and data rates may apply for receiving verification codes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

When using Nice Time, you agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information.
• Treat other users with respect during events and in all interactions.
• Not use the platform for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Nice Time generates event proposals and facilitates group formation. Participation in any event is voluntary. Nice Time is not responsible for the conduct of individual attendees or for any incidents that occur at events.

Nice Time is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nice Time and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages related to events, group interactions, or data loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of Nice Time after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
